Let me introduce myself!

I am a Catholic RN living in rural Saskatchewan on a ranch with my husband where we raise our kids and cows. I am the first Canadian to be certified by the Fiat Institute so you will not find what I offer anywhere else here! I am passionate about women’s health and desire to support the whole woman: body, mind and soul. I believe that when a woman understands how beautifully intricate her body was designed, she can feel empowered to say YES to her feminine genius and be confident to live out her vocation more fully. My services are for all ages, from pre-pubescent to post-menopause and include education and coaching support for individual and group settings.

Why did I call myself Fertile Ground?

I am a prairie girl who gets to witness the agriculture that is so prominent around me each year. There is something so reverend and beautiful about the cycle of preparing the soil to harvesting the fruit of the labour in between. We were created to live in a garden and so I wanted that to be a running theme in my work. When a woman is ROOTED in the knowledge that her body is GOOD and embraces her natural design, she can be the “fertile ground” for an abundance of graces the world needs.

Women’s bodies were made with great love and intention and yet so many women go their whole life without realizing this truth. Women are unique and their feminine genius is so needed in this world. Women ought to be taught from the time they are in their early teens that their fertility is a gift worthy of nurturing and protecting and that their hormones work for their good.
