Can you prescribe medications or order labs?

No. I do not have the authority to prescribe any medications nor can I order/interpret lab work. I can, however offer suggestions in the form of a written letter that you can bring to your healthcare provider at your next appointment.

I am not Catholic/Christian, can I still benefit from your program?

Absolutely! Body literacy is important for ALL women. While my work is founded with the understanding of the sanctity of a woman’s femininity through a Catholic lens, ANY woman benefits from learning how their body functions and how their hormones communicate their body’s needs.

How long does your program take to complete?

Ideally this program will be completed in about 8-12 weeks, however there can always some flexibility with this as I know the life of a woman is busy!

Are “in-person” classes available or is everything only online?

If there is a group that would like to arrange a single or series of educational sessions in person, that could be arranged. On an individual/coaching basis, online is the only thing available at this time.
